Thank you for visiting our business to business page. Superior Water Experts, LLC, is actively soliciting partners to help deliver perfect water to residential pool customers all summer long. A quick overview of our service and the benefits of partnering with us are:
What we do:
Our service begins immediately after a pool is opened for the summer season. Every week until closing, our trained technicians visit your residential customer’s pool and test their water using a LaMotte Mobile WaterLink®. Each pool is tested weekly for Free Chlorine, Total Chlorine, pH, Total Alkalinity, Cyanuric Acid, Calcium Hardness, and phospates. Each pool is also tested three times each season for phosphates. All adjustments, including adding salt for SWG pools, are done after testing. A maintenance dose of algaecide, clarifier, and metal out are added weekly as well.
In addition to our water test and adjustment, all pools are scheduled for backwash on the first visit of each month but will be backwashed if needed on ANY visit. The pump basket is emptied, and skimmer(s) are emptied and lined with a fresh skimmer sock each visit. We also perform a perfunctory check of all pool equipment and area for any leaks or need for repairs. After each visit a report is generated and sent to each customer.
What we DO NOT DO:
We do not vacuum pools.
We do not use, clean, or service automatic cleaners.
We do not perform any repairs such as replace pump, affix liners back to wall, put in new ladders, etc.

The biggest question you have is probably "are these guys just looking to take some of my customers?" The answer, of course, is no. We are looking to build a long-term business relationship with you. We realize that by becoming a partner with you through subcontract work of your water testing and treatment, our only path to success is to be fair and honest with everyone we do business with. It is certainly not in OUR best interests to jeopardize our business by looking to put in a pump or a filter or fix a heater on the sly. We also are willing to enter into a non-compete agreement with anyone we do business with including penalties for any violations.
